Adityawarman Museum is a cultural museum which is located in Padang City. The museum was inaugurated on March 16, 1977, taking the name of one of the 14th-century Malayapura kings, Adityawarman who was a contemporary of the Majapahit Kingdom.

The construction of the museum was carried out in 1974. The building of museum situated inside of a cozy park. Entrance fee just 5000Rp per person.

As a cultural museum, the Adityawarman Museum stores and preserves historic objects, such as the Minangkabau and surrounding cultural preservation along with several national cultural reserves. One of them is a building with Minang architecture, called Rumah Bagonjong or Baanjuang

The main collections in the Adityawarman Museum are grouped into ten types of collections, including geology / geography, biology, ethnography, archeology, history, numismatics / heraldics, philology, chemistry, fine arts, and technology. Other collections owned by this museum are ancient relics of the Dharmasraya Kingdom, in the form of duplicates of the Bhairawa statue and the Amoghapasa statue.
